أقبل الجمهور وبشكل كبير على تقنية الكتب الناطقة بنظام الديزي حيث إهتم عدد كبير من الجمهور ووسائل الإعلام بتلك التقنية الفعالة حيث أُصيب الجميع بخيبة أمل كبيرة لعدم توفر كتب بالديزي لإقتنائها.
في إطار الخطة الإستراتيجية التي تنتهجها جمعية العوق البصري ببريدة والرامية إلى توفير التقنيات التعويضية للمكفوفين في المملكةالعربية السعودية وقعت الناطق للتكنولوجيا عقدا مع الجمعية لتوريد 74 برنامج هال لتنصيبها على 74
أطلقت الناطق اليوم إستبيان التدريب الذي أعلنت عنه بالتعاون مع مركز تمكين في دبي. ويهدف الإستبيان إلى جمع معلومات دقيقة عن إحتياجات الكفيف العربي وأولوياته في إعداد نفسه للمستقبل.
أطلقت جمعية العوق البصري ببريدة تقريرا بأسماء 30 متدربا جديدا على برنامج الهال والذين سوف يتلقون تدريبا شاملا على البرنامج إبتداء من يوم السبت الموافق15 نوفمبر 2008. وأسماء المتدربين هي كالتالي:
تحت شعار "التعلم بالإستماع" تشارك الناطق للتكنولوجيا في معرض الشارقة الدولي للكتاب في مركز إكسبو في إمارة الشارقة وذلك في الفترة ما بين 29 أكتوبر و 7 نوفمبر 2008.
طالما تحدثنا عن شريحة متميزة من المكفوفين أحدثت التقنيات التعويضية ثورة ملحوظة في حياتهم التقنية حيث بدأ زملاء متميزون بإطلاق مدوناتهم إلى العالم معرفين بذلك بأنفسهم وقدرتهم على خدمة الإنسان شأنهم شأن المتميزون الآخر
يعمل الفريق الفني للناطق مع مطوري الهال لإطلاق الإصدار العاشر من الهال حيث أن من أهم التطويرات على الهال العاشر هو دعم لنظام الفايرفوكس وتطوير نظام النسخ واللصق في متصفح الإنترنت.
المكفوفين أصحاب المستويات المتباينة في النفاذ إلى نظم المعلومات يستطيعون الإستفادة من التدريب المزمع تنفيذه مع مركز تمكين. ونخص الشريحة المتميزة من المكفوفين بالذكر في هذا التسجيل الصوتي.
مركز تمكين يُخرج العشرات من المكفوفين المؤهلين في كل سنة والشركات والمؤسسات الإماراتية تتسابق في توظيفهم.فمن المعلوم أن هناك عدد من الشركات المستعدة لتوظيف المؤهلين من المواطنين في الإمارات حيث يعمل مركز تمكين على إعد
