كما يعلم البعض منكم فإن بعض منتجات الناطق من أجهزة وبرامج إنتشرت ولله الحمد بين المكفوفين بشكل ملحوظ مما عمل على خلق أسواق موازية لتلك المنتجات بحيث أصبح البعض من الناس يتداول بتلك الأجهزة بعد الحصول عليها وبأسعار متفاوتة. وكما تعلمون فإن بعض الجهات وفرت أجهزة للمكفوفين مثل الجامعات أو الجمعيات ووزعتها على بعض المستفيدين من الطلاب والأعضاء حيث أقبل بعض المستفيدين على بيع أجهزتهم المهداة لهم في الأسواق الموازية حيث أنتقل بعضها من يد إلى يد أخرى وبعد ذلك إلى أيد أخرى متعددة. وبذلك إنطلقت أسعار للأجهزة بتكلفة أقل من تلك التي تقوم شركة الناطق بتوفيرها للمهتمين. ونشأ أيضا نوع من الضغط على الشركة لتخفيض الأسعار والذي يضر بالدعم الفني والتطوير ومواصلة الخدمات التي يعرفها جل المكفوفين. ولذلك فإنه من الضروري جدا التواصل مع شركة الناطق أو أحد وكلائها المعتمدين (مثل شركة البسام في المملكة العربية السعودية مثلا) لمعرفة تداعيات شراء أجهزة قد تبدو جديدة وذلك للتأكد من الحصول على الدعم الفني والتطوير المستقبلي وحتى لا يقع البعض في إشكاليات أخرى قد يغفلون عنها.
