لتجنب ضياع الملفات من القلم

تنصح شركة الناطق عملائها الكرام الحاصلين على قلم الهال بأخذ مزيدا من الحيطة وذلك بإنشاء نسخة إحتياطية من ملفات الهال على جهاز عادي. ويستطيع المستخدم إنشاء مجلد جديد على القرص الصلب في جهازه ونسخ سائر الملفات في ذلك المجلد. وعند ضياع أحد الملفات أو تلفها من القلم، يستطيع أن يستعيد الملفات الضائعة أو التالفة بواسطة نسخها إلى القلم مرة أخرى.
