يتم وضع اللمسات الاخيرة على الإصدار 3.5 من برنامج تولكس وذلك قُبيل إطلاقه والذي يتوقع أن يتم في غضون الأيام القليلة القادمة.
ومن أهم مميزات الإصدار الجديد هو التعامل مع متصفح الواب لشبكة الإنترنت. ويستطيع التولكس تصفح شبكة الإنترنت. ويستطيع مستخدمو التولكس الذين يقتنون أجهزة جوال وإشتراك مع شبكة الإنترنت تصفح الشبكة بسهولة وكفاءة عاليتين بالإضافة إلى إرسال واستقبال الرسائل الإليكترونية وسائر المهام الأخرى.
أما الميزة الأخرى للإصدار الجديد فهو دعمه لأجهزة Communicator من شركة نوكياأو جهاز E-90.
ويستمر برنامج التولكس في التطور ملبيا بذلك ألح متطلبات الكفيف العربي.
