لإرسال رسالة إلكترونية هنالك نوعين من الرسائل ، رسالة في شكل (Rich text) وهي رسالة غنية بتنسيقات النص مثل الخط العريض و الخط المائل و ألوان الخط. و رسالة في شكل
مقدمة: لا شك أن الرسائل الإلكترونية تلعب دور كبير في التواصل، و قد أدى إكتشاف البريد الإلكتروني إلى سهولة إرسال الرسائل النصية و الصور و الملفات ... الخ . هذه الرسائل كانت تأخذ أيام لكي تصل إلى المستلم و ربما أسابيع. لكن اليوم أصبحت تصل في جزء من الثانية.
لإرسال رسالة إلكترونية هنالك نوعين من الرسائل ، رسالة في شكل (Rich text) وهي رسالة غنية بتنسيقات النص مثل الخط العريض و الخط المائل و ألوان الخط. و رسالة في شكل (Plain Text) . الإختيار التلقائي دائماً يكون (Rich text) و الذي يحتوي على شريط أدوات تنسيق النص مثل حجم الخط ولونه و نوع الخط ، ... الخ. و أيضاً يحتوي على خيارات النص مثل قص، نسخ و لصق . في هذا النوع من الرسائل
في النوع الأول من الرسائل (Rich Text)الهال يقرأ فقط شريط الأدوات و لا يستطيع الوصول إلى المكان الذي تكتب فيه محتوى الرسالة. أما النوع الثاني من الرسائل (plain text) فيستطيع الهال الوصول إلى محتوى الرسالة فيه و ذلك لأنه لا يحتوي على أدوات تنسيق النص.
إذن لكي تستطيع الكتابة في محتوى الرسالة لا بد من إختيار نوع الرسال (plain text) .
لإختيار الرسالة (plain Text)، نتحرك بالتاب حتى نصل إلى رابط "show plain Text" ثم نضغط مفتاح الدخول. بعدها سوف يختفي شريك أدوات تحرير النص و يمكن الوصول إلى محتوى الرسالة و الكتابة فيه.
