شهادة لخدمات الناطق من أصدقائها - Nattiq Prised For Its Services

عادة ما تصلنا الملاحظات عندما تسير الأمور في مسار التحديات التقنية. اما الأعمال والإنجازات الجيدة فإنها تمر دون أي رأي مكتوب.
لاحظنا تغير في هذه الظاهرة وهناك بدايات للتعبير خطيا عن بعض الأمور الجيدة.
وصلتنا هذه الشهادة من بعض أصدقاء الناطق في المملكة العربية السعودية:

بداية الرسالة:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم.
كتبه واطلع عليه عدد من مكفوفي المملكة العربية السعودية.
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.
نتقدم نحن أبناء المملكة العربية السعودية بأوفر الشكر وأسما العرفان لشركة الناطق للتكنلوجيا الوكيل والمعرب الرسمي لبرامج الدولفين في الشرق الأوسط على ما تقدمه لنا من أروع البرامج وأكفئها للاستخدام، ولا تتوقف شركة الناطق عند هذا الحد بل تتعداه إلى تقديم الدعم الفني على ما تنتجه من برامج عربية أو معربة، وتقدم الناطق الدعم الفني في ظل استغناء الشركات المنافسة وتناسيها لهذا الجانب وهو الدعم الفني، وبذلك تكسب الشركة ثقة عملائها ومستخدمي برامجها، وليت برنامج الهال والعاملين عليه توقفوا عند هذا الحد بل تجاوزوه قبل أيام ليثبتوا للمستخدم الكفيف انسيابية برنامج الهال وسلاسته حيث انساب مع الكتابات الصورية في برنامج المكتبة الشاملة والذي يصعب العمل عليه ببرامج أخرى منافسة، لكن بفضل الله أولاً ثم بفضل رجال وهبت أنفسها وعقولها لخدمة المستخدم الكفيف، فأنتجت برامج قوية وعربية في نفس الوقت.
ولا يفوتنا في نهاية هذا الخطاب أن نعتذر كمجموعة من المستخدمين عن بعض التصرفات السيئة التي بدرت من أناس لا نظنهم بأوفر عقولهم حيث استبدلوا برامج غير أصلية بدلاً عن برامج أصلية ورسمية مما يؤدي إلى تراجع مدخول الشركة والذي ينعكس بدوره على مسيرة التطوير والتحديث المستمر الذي تنتهجه الشركة..
وختاماً نتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لطاقم شركة الناطق على توفيره الخرائط للبرامج التي ترفع من كفاءة الهال معها وعلى تقديرهم لرسائل المستخدمين ومواكبة الموسوعات العلمية والمكاتب الشاملة الإسلامية ومواكبة أحدث البرامج وعمل الخرائط لها.
