تتطلب عملية تطوير برنامج قارئ الشاشة تكاتفا وطيدا بين أطراف عدة من أهمها الشركة المطورة مثل شركة الدولفين والشركة الحليفة في التطوير بالعربية شركة الناطق ويجب أن لا ننسى طرفا آخرا مهما جدا والمتمثل بكم أنتم المستخدمون في وطننا العربي. وللإستمرار في التميز وتقديم أفضل المنتجات رأينا أن ندخل مرحلة جديدة نجلس فيها جميعا ونفتح سائر المواضيع المتعلقة بالتطوير والتواصل بين سائر الأطراف حتى يتسنى لها أن تتفاعل مع بعضها البعض دون وسيط.
لذلك رأينا أن نعقد لقاء شبكيا بواسطة برنامج السكايب يجمع النخبة من مستخدمي الهال مع شركة الناطق بالإضافة إلى شركة الدولفين. ويسعدنا الإعلان عن دعوة المهندس الفذ السيد/ مايك هيل المطور الرئيسي لبرنامج الهال في شركة الدولفين لكي يكون معنا في الإجتماع بحيث يستقبل أسئلتكم وملاحظاتكم وهمومكم وآمالكم. ويعتبر ذلك حدثا ليس بالبسيط لأن المطور الرئيسي والعقل المُدبر في تطوير الهال سوف يكون معنا لكي يسمع منكم جميعا مما يعني أن تطوير الهال أصبح ينظر إلى إحتياجات الكفيف العربي بنظر جدية للتطوير المستقبلي.
