الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة يفتتح غرفة مصادر البرايل سينس في الأمم المتحدة

إفتتح الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بان كي مون غرفة مصادر للمكفوفين وذوي الإعاقات البصرية في المركز العام للأمم المتحدة في مدينة نيويورك الأمريكية يوم الأربعاء الرابع من ديسمبر 2013. يأتي ذلك في إطار الجهود التي تبذلها الأمم المتحدة لتوفير فرص متكافئة لجميع الفئات للنفاذ إلى نظم المعلومات في المؤسسة الدولية. ولقد قامت شركة هيمز حليفة شركة الناطق للتكنولوجيا بتأسيس وإعداد غرفة مصادر ذوي الإعاقات البصرية في الأمم المتحدة حيث قامت بتنصيب عدد من أجهزة برايل سينس وبوك سينس وأجهزة تكبير متفاوتة الأحجام.
ونحن في الناطق إذ نهيب بذلك المشروع العالمي المُنفذ من قبل شركة هيمز الدولية والتي تعتز الناطق بتحالفها معها في تطوير حلول ديناميكية للمكفوفين العرب، نعلن عن إستعدادنا لإعداد وإنشاء غرف مصادر موجهة نحو المكفوفين العرب في الوطن العربي على غرار غرفة مصادر الأمم المتحدة لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة من المكفوفين وضعاف البصر. يأتي ذلك بعد اللقاء الهاتفي الذي أجراه المدير التنفيذي للناطق مع المدير التنفيذي لشركة هيمز والذي وعد بأن ينقل سائر خبرات الشركة في تنفيذ مثل تلك المشاريع للوطن العربي.
