تحديث برنامج طابعات إندكس الجيل الرابع Update Firmware for Index V4 (الإصدار 1.5.2)
قبل البدء في التحديث يجب التأكد من رقم الإصدار الحالي أولاً وذلك بالضغط على مفتاح Help وستذكر الطابعة معلومات من ضمنها رقم الإصدار. إذا كان رقم الإصدار أقل عن 1.5.2 إذا يجب عمل التحديث وذلك بإتباع الخطوات التالية:
قبل البدء بالخطوات يجب التنبيه إلى أنّ عملية التحديث لبرنامج الطابعة Firmware هي عملية مهمة والتي تعنى بتشغيل الطابعة ككل، وأيّ خطأ في التحديث من قبل المستخدم قد يؤدي إلى تلف اللوحة الأم في الطابعة. لذلك يجب عدم مقاطعة عملية التحديث لأي سبب كان حتى تتم عملية التحديث بشكل آمن.
يجب أن تكون الطابعة معرفة على جهاز الكمبيوتر قبل بدء هذه الخطوات.
خطوات تحديث طابعات إندكس (إندكس بيسك دي، إندكس إيفرست دي، وإندكس برايل بوكس ) الجيل الرابع إلى الإصدار 1.5.2 :
أولاً يجب تحميل وتثبيت برنامج IbPrint على جهاز الكمبيوتر وذلك بإتباع الخطوات التلقائية دون أي تعديل. هذا هو رابط تحميل البرنامج http://www.nattiq.com/V4_1_5_2.ibe
بعد تثبيت برنامج IbPrint قم بفتح البرنامج من قائمة إبدأ أو من سطح المكتب.
