وصلنا عدد من الأسئلة فيما يتعلق بقلم الهال ونسوف إليكم في هذا التسجيل أجوبة على عدد من أكثر الأسئلة تردداً.

01. سعر قلم الهال هو 6650 درهم أو ما يعادل 1800 دولار شامل أجور الشحن
02. قد تقبل شركة الناطق إستبدال برنامج منافس بقلم الهال نظير رسوم تصل إلى 5000 درهم أو 1365 دولار.
03. سعر الترقية من إصدارات الهال إبتداء من السادس إلى الثامن: 2500 درهم أو 680 دولار شامل أجور الشحن.
04. يستطيع عميل الهال القائم أن يحصل على قلم الهال بالإضافة إلى برنامج الهال الذي يقتنية برسوم قدرها 4000 درهم أو 1090 دولار.

شروط الحصول على الترقية لقلم الهال:

01. تسديد المبلغ المستحق للترقية وهو 2500 درهم أو 680 دولار مقدما.
02. إرسال الرقم التسلسلي للهال والذي يبدأ بالتالي: 971HS
03. إعادة آلة الحماية – الدنقل الخاص بإصدار الهال الذي يريد أن يرقيه أو إعطاءه لأحد ممثلي الناطق بالتنسيق معها
هل القلم قابل للتحديث أو الترقية؟
نعم: يستطيع المستخدم أن يحدث القلم أو يرقيه. بعض التحديثات تكون ممكنة بواسطة الإنترنت.
ماذا أفعل إذا تلف القلم؟
يجب على المستخدم الإتصال بالناطق أو أحد الممثلين المعتمدين والإبلاغ عن تلف القلم. بالإمكان إستبدال القلم نظير رسوم يتم تحديدها وذلك يعتمد على نوع التلف.
ماذا يحدث إذا فٌقد القلم أو سُرق؟
المحافظة على القلم من السرقة أو الضياع هو من مسئولية المستخدم حيث أنه لن يتم تعويض أي قلم تمت سرقته أو تضييعه مجانا.
كم يستغرق من الوقت الحصول على القلم؟
تستطيع الناطق توريد القلم في مدة تتراوح بين 10 إلى 30 يوم ويعتمد ذلك على الظروف المحيطة مثل الإجازات أو زيادة الطلب أو نفاذ المخزون.
