أطلق الفريق الفني للناطق ملف خارطة جديد لبرنامج الهال يستطيع الكفيف من خلاله التحكم بشريحة هاتفه الجوال. ولقد تم نشر تفاصيل ملف الخارطة والبرنامج الذي يفيد الكفيف في النفاذ إلى شريحة هاتفه المحمول بواسطة الحاسوب وذلك على موقع الناطق للتكنولوجيا . وتستمر الناطق بتمكين الكفيف من النفاذ إلى البرامج غير القياسية لتوفر له مزيدا من الإستقلالية والخصوصية في النفاذ إلى نظم المعلومات.
