إنطلق اللقاء الأول لأصدقاء جهاز البرايل سينس ليلة أمس 21 ديسمبر 2010 في تمام الساعة التاسعة بتوقيت الإمارات على شبكة الإنترنت حيث إستضافت حجرة النقاش عددا من المهتمين بالجهاز. ولقد رقى اللقاء إلى التوقعات وكان حافلا بالمعلومات وإستعراض التجارب الشخصية والتحديات التي تواجه بعض المستخدمين.
أردنا أن نعلن لأصدقائنا في المملكة العربية السعودية بأنه بإمكانهم الآن التعرف على جهاز البوك سينس وبعض الأدوات الأخرى وذلك بالتعاون مع جمعية العوق البصري ببريدة ضمن إطار برنامج تعريف المكفوفين على أحدث وآخر الأجهزة والأدوات المتوفرة لهم حيث قامت الجمعية مشكورة بالتطوع لتعريف المهتمين من المكفوفين على مثل تلك الأجهزة والتقنيات ضمن هدفها النبيل الرامي إلى خدمة مكفوفين المملكة.
نعود إليكم ببعض المستجدات والتي تعني أصدقائنا في المملكة العربية السعودية حيث تتابع جمعية العوق البصري ببريدة وبقيادة الأستاذ خالد المشيقح بتقديم الخدمات النوعية للراغبين من المكفوفين في سائر أنحاء المملكة. ويسعدنا أن نسلط الضوء على عدة مستجدات أطلقتها الجمعية مؤخرا ومستجدات أخرى تنوي الجمعية بإطلاقها في هذا العام الهجري الجديد.
في عيدك التاسع والثلاثين لا يسعنا إلى أن نرفع لشعبك الكريم أجمل التهاني والتبريكات في ظل قيادة حكيمة جعلت من هذه البلاد الجميلة وطنا ثانيا لجميع من يعيش فيها. وبهذه المناسبة ننعم بقضاء إجازة عيد الإمارات الوطني التاسع والثلاثين إبتداء من يوم الخميس 2 ديسمبر وحتى السبت 4 ديسمبر 2010 حيث يبدأ دوام الناطق الرسمي بعدها يوم الأحد 5 ديسمبر.
يزداد الزخم حول المشاركة في معرض سايت مي SightMe الدولي حيث أقبلت الشركات العالمية على حجز أجنحتها الخاصة مؤكدين على إهتمامهم بإحتياجات ومتطلبات الكفيف العربي والذي بات يتطلع للقاء التنفيذيين والمهندسين المختصين ضمنها لكي ينقل لهم التحديات والفرص التي تمثل أمامه وأمامهم.
بدأ الزملاء القائمون على إرسال الدعوات لمعرض ومؤتمر تقنيات الإعاقات البصرية – الشرق الأوسط - سايت مي – بإرسال الدعوات الخاصة بالمعرض والتي تعلن عن إنطلاق المعرض والمؤتمر في الفترة ما بين 14 إلى 16 فبراير القادم من عام 2011. وسوف نرسل تفاصيل ضرورية في الأيام القادمة عن أهمية هذا الحدث من أجل تحديد هذه التواريخ على تقاويمكم الخاصة لحضور مثل هذا الحدث الفريد.
نستعرض معكم قراءة جديدة بصوت آلة النطق طارق بعد أن قام أحد أصدقاء الناطق بطلب تلك القراءة. لا يزال طاقم الناطق الفني يعمل على تطويع وأقلمة آلة النطق طارق للعمل مع برنامج الهال والسوبرنوفا وكذلك تزويد الشركة المطورة بمختلف الملاحظات والإقتراحات على سبل تعديل وتعزيز النطق لهذه الآلة الجديدة والواعدة.
