أطلقت الناطق للتكنولوجيا الإصدار الأحدث من الهال الحادي عشر وهو الإصدار 11.55. وندون في النص أدناه أهم المستجدات والتحديثات والتعديلات التي يقدمها الإصدار الأخير كما يستعرض معكم المهندس محمد رمضان تلك المستجدات وطريقة إجراء التحديث المتصل في النشرة الصوتية المرافقة.
ما الجديد في الإصدار 11.55:
عند إستخدام مايكورسوفت وورد 2003 على ويندوز 7، أحياناً يتم فقد تتبع المؤشر.تم حل هذه المشكلة.
أطلق موقع أفاويق مسابقة رمضان لهذا العام إبتداء من 15 رمضان حيث تم حسم شكل المسابقة وأسئلتها. وترعى الناطق للتكنولوجيا هذه المسابقة بتقديم ثلاثة جوائز قيمة. ويستطيع سائر المهتمين من الإخوة والأخوات التقدم للمسابقة والتنافس في كسب أحد جوائزها. تفاصيل إطلاق المسابقة تجدونها على الرابط التالي:

أكمل المهندس محمد رمضان من قسم الدعم الفني في شركة الناطق تدريبه لأربعة مكفوفين في سلطنة عمان والذين حصلوا على وظائف منافسة فيما يعرف بمراكز خدمة العملاء أو الكول-سنتر Call Center. وقبل البدء في التدريب، أنهي المهندس محمد رمضان إنشاء الخرائط المطلوبة لنفاذ الهال إلى برامج التواصل وإدارة قواعد البيانات والنفاذ إليها. وبهذا يبقى الهال البرنامج الذي يعتمد عليه الكفيف في بيئة العمل.
تابعت جمعية العوق البصري الخيرية ببريدة تقديم خدماتها المعهودة بالتدريب على الهال حيث أنهت دورتين بواقع 60 ساعة للدورة الواحدة للبنات في كل من الإحساء والدمام وكذلك الطائف. الدورات نفذتها الأستاذة:/ العنود حمد والتي أشادت المتدربات بإسلوبها المميز وقدراتها على التدريب النوعي للكفيفات.
هذا وقد تم عقد دورتين سابقتين أيضا هذا العام في كل من القصيم والرس.
