فازت شركة الناطق للتكنولوجيا بواسطة مجموعة الغزلان في الكويت بالمناقصة التي طرحتها إدارة التربية الخاصة بوزارة التربية والتعليم في الكويت والتي قامت الشركتان بتوريد 152 برنامج هال القارئ للشاشة مع برنامج التعرف الضوئي

إنتهى طاقم الناطق الفني من تصميم ملف خارطة لتشغيل نظام سيسكو Cisco للإتصالات حيث قامت إحدى المؤسسات المرموقة في مدينة دبي للإنترنت بطلب تطوير ذلك الملف لكي يتمكن الموظفون المكفوفون الجدد من استخدام نظام سيسكو Cisco المتطور
